If it's magic

The dusky beam impinging upon the vast sky.
Shades of crimson reflecting through pale white clouds.
The pathway composed of uneven red bricks.
Wrought iron lamp posts with bright yellow glow.

I walked quietly humming my favorite song.
Preoccupied in my own world.
Unstirred senses. Calming thoughts.
I did not anticipate the rampant blow.

My footsteps came to a halt.
When my eyes met his ashen grey eyes.
I could hear my heart pounding so loud.
My cheeks flushed hinting a tinge of carmine pink.

Everything seemed distorted after that.
As he came closer and closer. Closer and closer.
I was enthralled by his bewitching smile.
His chestnut brown hair blending with his chiseled features.

The aura around me was suffusing from his glow.
The journey of my life bedazzled upon his advent.
Tempestuous emotions enveloping me.
We knew we would never even reach the edge of eternity.
